My experience with Timms Harley-Davidson was exceptional compared to other dealerships I’ve visited or worked with. From my initial phone conversation with Andrea, the Parts and Service Manager, I felt reassured. She was positive and informative, and on the day of my appointment, she went out of her way to introduce herself and chat with me, adding a personal touch. When I scheduled my appointment later, I spoke with Robert, the Service Writer. He was just as helpful and knowledgeable, and everything he said aligned with my previous conversation with Andrea, which gave me confidence. The booking process was seamless, and they addressed all of my questions and concerns. Since I was traveling from three hours away, I was grateful to receive permission to park and sleep in the dealership parking lot the night before. Upon arrival, there was a class being held in the lot on Saturday, making the area a bit congested, especially for patrons like me with trailers. Despite the busyness, the staff worked with me to ensure I had a place to park while I waited for my appointment. The team was doing their best to manage the crowd and keep things moving efficiently. After unloading my bike—with the help of, I believe, JJ—Robert was with another customer. Tyler, another Service Writer, stepped in to assist me. He was conversational, informative, and made the whole process smooth. JJ also helped me reload my bike after the appointment, which I appreciated. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and made it clear that if I needed anything while waiting, I only had to ask. I spent several hours there, but I left feeling great, with my bike fully serviced. Thank you to everyone at Timms Harley-Davidson for such a positive experience!

Recently made the switch from Savannah HD to Timm’s and couldn’t be happier. Night and day experiences with the two service departments. Timm’s service has been up front, communicative and helpful with what I need to get done. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off when dealing with these guys. Overall, good experience with the dealership and I’ll be coming back with my bikes.

Been coming here since they opened the new dealership. Very friendly staff. JJ in Parts the example of great customer service. My only gripe is that many parts that aren’t available online (dealer only), are backorded. Timms should focus more on keeping these types of parts in stock. I don’t have service work done at dealerships so I can’t comment on that. Timms should consider starting a HOG chapter.

Staff was top notch and very helpful throughout the purchase. They were very respectful as to my needs. I bought my bike last Saturday and due to a hiccup it's in the shop for a small issue. But called them yesterday afternoon and they picked bike up first thing and are fixing it. I'll definitely recommend them to anyoneookong for a harley

Fantastic place to shop for your bike. I like the new location and has more inventory than the old place. The staff is there to help in what ever your needs may be whether its clothing, service, parts or a new to you motorcycle. The place even has more room now to chill out while waiting on a bike service/repair or having a gathering (inside and outside). Love that the fit specialists don't pressure you in making a sale. They assist and inform but no pressure tactics in the sales process. And willing to answer any questions you may have. Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Very Professional, friendly and personable staff throughout.

Hello, my name is Jeff and I just had my bike picked up by a gentleman name Julian .He took my bike back to the shop to put a clutch cable on my bike.I did 26 years in the army and I have dealt with a lot of people and places .But Augusta Harley and Julian were the most respectful and polite group of people and also helpful to me that I have met in many of years.I have had about 6 sportbikes from Hayabusa,zx14 and GSXR 1000 .But the Harley-Davidson in Augusta was the best experience I have ever had in a motorcycle purchase ever and Julian made the experience even greater with his kindness and how he showed me what to do for the next time I have a issue with my bike.So thank you again Harley Davidson and thank you 100 times to the mechanic Julian if you are dealing with him as your mechanic you have a good gentleman on your team Harley keep him for decades 😂

I Bought my first bike from Timms Harley-Davidson of Augusta, and it was the best experience for a first-time buyer like me. Mr. T was able to find me the exact bike I dreamed about, and the all-around customer service was top tier. If you're just trying to find a comfortable bike and want to ask a few questions without the feel of that salesman pressure, you should go in and ask for Tory to help you. He is a good dude!!

I was met with a friendly and professional salesperson who answered all my questions about the bike that I wanted. I was taken around to all of the departments. I was offered a test ride on a bike that I was interested in. This is the kind of service that you always wanted but in today’s business world is no longer provided.

I brought my 2021 Pan America to Timm's Harley-Davidson of Augusta at 9:00 in the morning on May 30, 2024. The purpose of my visit was the night prior my motorcycle would not start and the morning of the 30th it had a hard start and ran rough while riding it. The service department immediately took my bike and charged the battery only to find out it was bad. They replaced the battery and updated my left and right hand controls. I received my bike at 2:00 in the afternoon and found because I am a member of Timm's Harley-Davidson VIP program, I owed nothing for the battery or for labor. Furthermore, they filled my motorcycle with gas and washed it before delivering it back to me. There is a reason that I choose Timm's Harley-Davidson as my dealership, that is because we are family. Without asking for a tour of the new store in Augusta I was offered a cup of coffee and shown around by Tory who demonstrated new infotainment systems and spoke specifics about older bikes versus newer bikes. Of the roughly 15 people I spoke to at the dealership in Augusta every single one of them were outstanding! But I want to give a shout out to those that stood out, Josh (GM) is a fantastic man with a passion for his people, his customers, and his product. Robert and TJ at the intake desk for maintenance are jam up. Vanessa was just pure awesome. The store has a new and exciting team in place to ensure your visit for whatever reason is exceptional! Rocky, you have a wonderful team in place in Augusta but your store in Anderson will always be my go-to as I found the same type of teamwork and personality there. Well done!

First time at this dealership and left with a new bike! Let me explain!!!! Not to be boastful but this is Harley #4 that has made it into my garage. In essence, I certainly didn't need another one. From someone who has spent a fortune at Harley, I expect a lot and this dealership delivers! I’ve bought motorcycles costing 2-3 times that amount and didn’t receive that kind of treatment. They treated me like GOLD and even let me test ride the bike! After the first test ride, the gentleman let me ride it AGAIN just to be sure as I was still uncertain. They weren’t pushy and more importantly made me feel like family! They stayed open late JUST FOR ME! They put together a goodie bag for my wife, and despite it being after hours they still took the time to show me the features of the bike. Take a detour and come here TRUST ME. Also, the Pan America is my favorite Harley! I ride it daily. The owner rides one and even gave me a special gift. What a dealership. This place is awesome! Got an unbeatable deal on a 2022 Nightster in pristine condition, extremely low miles, and am unheard of price!! They are friendly, professional, and organized!! I highly recommend them. Greenville Harley Davidson is WAY over priced!! I compared process and Timm's had the exact year, make and model with less miles for $3k less than Harley of Greenville!! It's worth the drive!! Greenville Harley Davidson is marking up their inventory way too much because it's in Greenville. Go see Timm's in Augusta. You'll be glad you did!!

Had a new front tire put on a 2017 Triglide I just purchased. Made appointment and they were on when I arrived. Price was reasonable. Service was quick.

Was finally able to time my trip right to stop by. I was there shortly after opening and everyone, and I mean everyone was SO NICE! Everyone spoke to me, and seemed to be very pleasant. Facility was very nice, had quite a few bikes and the prices I saw seemed fairly good. I only bought a poker chip, and the super nice cashier figured out that I was only passing by and we had a pleasant conversation about my travels etc...super nice place.

Purchased a 2019 Harley FXBB and loved the experience you guys gave me and made my dreams come true.

Every step of the process was smooth with Timms Harley in Augusta. Specially Laurie, she went above and beyond to make sure that the payment to the other finance company ( we traded in a bike that we still owed $ on) went through with no hiccups and spent hours on the phone with them trying to track down an address to send off the payment so we wouldnt have 2 payments in one month. She was a lifesaver ! Laurie needs a raise after the runaround she got !

Was traveling from VA back to Texas and somewhere between gas stops in South Carolina and Georgia my whole shifter went missing, literally all of it. I got my bike towed back to Timms Harley Davidson. Not only did they have the part they also had the clutch plates I needed as well. They made all the repairs in about 3.5 hours and took great care of Ms. Jacki and me. Definitely the best dealership experience I have ever had. When it’s time for a new bike they definitely will be the first place I check out. Service department from front desk, to manager and the tech were outstanding and user friendly.

Went to visit the service department about my 2006 Superglide. I have a bad ECM and need to get a replacement, however that model year a new ECM is had to find. They recommend to use a Thundermax ECM. They were very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Let me preface this review by saying that I have owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles off and on over the last 15 years and have visited many many dealerships throughout the country. NONE of them compare to Timms. The people are absolutely fantastic and the service is unparalleled. I got an unbelievable deal on a brand new 2023 bike and could not be happier. Timms has not only earned all of my future business, but they will be the sole HD location that I will recommend from this point on. I'd like to especially thank Kristi, Jeff, Brandon, JJ, Chris, William, and Dani for all of their attentive service and, above all, the feeling of being family as soon as I walked into the door!

My husband and I just visited Timms. We are on vacation, coming from NY. We were pleasantly greeted by a friendly, smiling young girl at the front desk as soon as we walked in. Not even 5 steps passed her a gentleman greets us and offered us water. We wandered thru the showroom and eventually picked out a Tshirt and pokerchips. What a beautiful, clean,friendly dealership!
