Jeremy is a great guy to talk to about bikes! He started working up a package deal on a couple of motorcycles for us. Im now considering a purchase from Timm's. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Only Harley dealership in this city. Great and friendly staff. Need a few more up beat things in stocks. But I think they are making these changes. Each time I go in now there's some different. And change for the good is always better.

I had an issue while traveling in Florida, called Duck for suggestions and he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I got back on the road safely and insisted that I bring the bike in after the trip so they could look the bike over.

1 year ago someone ran into the back of our bike, Brad and Duck spent A LOT of time making sure that everything was correct with ordering the many parts involved. They've both treated us like friends not just customers.

We stopped by the dealer, the first impression was their friendly bulldogs came said hi to us. All of Their staff was super nice, friendly & helpful... One of the staffs came offering helps within 2 mins we we're in there and let us looked around. The service manager was super nice to us also. He's even came out and looked at the old bike we got in the trailer and talked with us for a good while.

The dealer is hard to spot from the highway. We sure will stop by next time we in town. I would highly recommend to anyone to stop by Timms Harley Davidson Dealership

The best H-D store Ive visited thus far! When you walk in you instantly feel at home, huge selection of bikes and accessories.

My experience today with them:

Cori at Timms H-D saved my butt today! No rain in the forecast, Im at Timms and the bottom fell out (rain gear @home) Cori found a pair of Chaps Id been looking for, showing 0 On hand in the H-D inventory she found them!!! Rode 70 miles home in the rain with my new chaps on. Nice and dry!

Jeremy is very helpful and allows you to go thru the decision making process yourself to see what bike fits you. The other staff there is friendly and not stuck up. Feels like we all know each other.

I was from out of town and went to check out the dealership. OMG what a great experience, 1st your greated by a bulldog, and then one of the sales people who was super friendly and helpful, he pointed into the direction of the clothing i had come in for, and said the ladies would love to help me out. Boy was he right these ladies were so helpful, fun, and full of personality. I told them what i liked and it was on, they helped me find just what i was looking for. I cant say enough about these great ladies there awesome.

Great service fast friendly knowledgeable best part about it ( other than being dog friendly) it cost less than original quoted!! How often does that happen on basic service. And got the bike back spotless.

Timms Harley Davidson of Augusta was by far the best motorcycle purchase experience I've ever had in a dealership. Negotiations were done by phone and upon arrival at the dealership everything went extremely smooth. Price of the new bike was well worth the hour and a half trip to Augusta. Thanks to the wonderful staff that made this one experience to remember. We will definitely be back this way for future deals.
